Manufacturer: Parisian Novelty Co. Chicago (marked on curl) 
Age:  circa  1940's (my guess) 
R A R E

Front:  Celluloid is nice and sharp vivid coloring. Design above name are the 12 months of the year, stone for each month and  horoscope .
Mirror:     stains  in middle of glass in good condition. No chips
 Condition Vintage Intact & complete 
Had in my collection since 2014 - for 8 years   
I doubt you will see another 
If you collect Lancaster County you better consider adding this to your collectiomn.
