Georg Jensen Golden Christmas gold-plated advent wreath candleholder with Christmas tree design by Andreas Mikkelsen.  Made in Denmark.  Approximate length is 7 1/8".  Original box has some surface wear/damage, as shown.  Candleholder has no damage.  Please see all photos.
