    The pants have 1 double pleat and cuffs. The legs are a bit baggy. When you score 96 TD's you're going to develop some leg muscle. The thighs are 15 1/2" across. The leg opening is 12". The best of my 3 tailors says the leg opening can be made 10" and the thigh taken to around 13"
