Stancor Pumps 31308 google is calling it a Dewatering Pump. Marine Application Pump. This unit has very few signs of surface rust due to not being in the package. It has never been used or installed. Spins freely and smoothly, and the gasket surface is straight. Stamped on the unit reads 31308(p/n)

A (with a square around it),  4, and 4319.
