What You Need To Do:

1. Remove your Instrument Cluster from the vehicle.  It is easy, many YouTube.com videos show you how to do it.
2. Wrap the Instrument Cluster in bubble wrap or compressible foam and place it in a cardboard box
   3. Write down problem experienced with Instrument Cluster, as well as your name, phone number, order number, and return address and include that note in the box.

Instructions on shipping your instrument cluster:

• Wrap the cluster in bubble wrap inside a brand new cardboard box
• Allow several inches of padded space, especially at each end, between the cluster and inner walls of the box
• Clusters not packaged carefully can, and will, break while in transit
• Pack as you would fine china or glass
• Do not use shredded paper or packing peanuts as it may end up inside the cluster
• Include your Ebay invoice, or hand written sheet of paper with your return shipping address, email and phone number
