upon arrival to my office. The repaired board will be sent back to you tested with replaced components to make sure it can be re-installed in your range and work like new again. 

To clarify again this listing does not supply an item, you supply a broken board from the broken appliance and I supply the repair service on that board.
Handling time in the listing is to account for delivery of your board to my office. 

Buyer pays for initial shipping to me in Ottawa Canada (local drop off welcome) out of pocket outside of eBay.  Tracked postage recommended.  Buyer also pays for shipping back the repaired board(s) to them which is included in the eBay listing price when you purchase.

The board sent in must be complete, with damaged components in their original locations.  Please do not attempt to repair the Oven Control Board yourself or in most cases this service will be inapplicable for it.

This service can repair your Oven/range if it has any of the following issues:

The whole process step by step:
  1. You buy this service on eBay (which includes return shipping cost).  A purchase is required for an evaluation.

  2. You send me your appliance model number, symptoms, error codes and any relevant pictures if you wish for assessment.  (sending pictures of the back/front of the board is also welcome)

  3. If the board is not the issue or I believe it can not be fixed you get fully refunded at this point and the process stops.

  4. If the board is repairable I will send you the shipping address via eBay.

  5. You ship the board to the address provided, send me the tracking info if you have it.

  6. I service your board within 1 business days 95% of the time.

  7. Your board is sent back to you using Regular, Expedited or Xpress post depending on what you paid for.

  8. You reinstall it, and are happy to use your range again!

  9. When you're satisfied please leave positive feedback. :)

  10. By using this repair service you agree not to take measures to reverse engineer the repair process by; marking components, the board, or modifying them prior to repair, or by any other means.  If reverse engineering measures are detected your board may not be repaired due to a violation of this agreement.
  11. Boards that have previous repair attempts by you will definitely require an additional $40 charge to process if I opt to attempt the repair.

Returns/Refunds:
- If during the initial discussion it seems the board is not repairable or is not the issue I will refund you immediately and fully.
- If you have a problem with a repaired board within 1 year from delivery (which is rare) please reach out to me, we will do some basic troubleshooting and if the board is the issue you will need to ship it back to me in most (not all) cases for examination and then correction or refund at my discretion.  I do not issue refunds without being allowed to examine the failed board if I request it; this is to prevent fraud and to diagnose the failure point because boards are tested before they are sent to you.
