All sales and administration is generally carried out within office hours, Monday - Friday, 08.30 - 16.30.
Purchases of 2 or more cases may be dispatched by courier at our discretion and at no additional cost to you.
Our aim is to answer emails, list new products, and to dispatch within 24 hours of receiving payment, subject to the above office hours.
Bear in mind that if you purchase on a Friday evening, your purchase will be actioned on Monday morning - we all need weekends too!
