You are bidding on a 2004 Spiderman, the Ultimate Rhino collectible comics figure.  This is a highly sought-after  figure.  I bought this awesome figure new in 2004, and it has been in storage since.  Review the photos.  The item you see is the item you receive.  I do not use stock photos.

The figure is in great condition.  There are no dents or creases on the clamshell but it is slightly yellowed.    The cardboard  has two small creases near the bottom on the cardboard back.    See the last two  photos.  Otherwise, this figure and package is in good condition.
