1. For orders under $15, we use a mailing envelope (without a tracking number) with an estimated delivery time of 5-15 days. If you prefer a tracking number, you can choose either the $4.5 shipping for 3-5 days or the $60 expedited shipping service for 2-3 days during the checkout process.

2. Orders exceeding $15 are dispatched via USPS Ground (3-5 days) and include a tracking number at no additional shipping fee.

How to Grow Wheatgrass:

  1. Rinse seeds, then soak completely covered for 8–10 hours.
  2. Drain and rinse. Place seeds in a container that is not airtight and does not allow seeds to sit in standing water.
  3. Rinse and drain a few times per day for 1–2 days.
  4. Seeds should sprout in 2–3 days. You will see small white tails coming from the seeds.
  5. Once sprouted, plant in a shallow tray with soil or growing medium.
  6. Keep moist but not soaking wet. Place in bright indirect light.
  7. Wheatgrass is usually ready to harvest in about 7–10 days after planting.
