She has a white lace hoop skirt underneath. She has a matching pink hat with white lace. She has two brunette curls. She sports a Bo peep, country cottage style look. She has no painted on shoes. Base of stand is dusty and needs cleaning. She is from the 70’s and has flaws from age. Could have spots of discoloration. Fingers are bendable / pose-able.
