By bidding on this auction, you acknowledge the following terms:
- Raw Cards: Card condition should be near-mint or better but no guarantees. Please review photos carefully to assess the condition or request any additional photos. I am not a professional grader so do not ask me about what I think a card will grade. Any noticeable flaws like visible damage, large print lines or creases will be mentioned in the description, but I do not offer refunds/returns for raw cards. If you want a guaranteed grade, please buy graded slabs.
- Graded Cards: The case may have light scratches or scuffing. I do my best to clean them up before shipping it. Any more notable scratches or chipping will be noted in the description. I do not offer partial refunds or returns because of the case condition or the flaws of a card already in a graded slab.
- Shipping: All cards will ship in a toploader unless noted otherwise. Cards less than $20 will always be shipped to buyers living within the continental U.S. using Standard Envelope with tracking because it is fully insured. Cards over $20 will be shipped first class in a protected bubble mailer. For higher valued cards above $300, I will use Priority Mail. I will usually ship out the next day once I receive payment.
- Combined Shipping: I will combine shipping costs for auctions that end within 3 days. It will be $1.00 for each additional item. For raw cards under $20, I may not be able to combine more than 3 cards in toploaders for Standard Envelope shipping so it may be shipped separately. For multiple cards under $20, I may ship them together in 1 bigger top loader.
- Payment: By bidding on my auction, you are agreeing to complete the transaction if you win. Payment is due within 3 days of the auction ending otherwise I will report for non-payment. Exceptions can be made, but you need to contact me first.
