Simply message us about the problem are we can help you out, whether that is a return or a refund.

If you prefer a refund for any reason, please ship the item back in its original condition. When we receive the item, we will test the item and see if it’s in the original condition. Once we can confirm the test, your refund will be sent.

 

Please note that there is a 20% restocking fee and the actual cost of shipping is not refundable.
