very cool little piece here it has a pop up winding action it isn’t working perfectly the cat does wind and move a little but it’s clearly a little stripped out however it’s still super cute and could likely be fixed otherwise please look closely at photos for exact details and condition if you have any questions feel free to ask thanks for your interest
