The soy sauce kneaded into the noodle gives the noodle a fragrant aroma as soon as it is boiled, and the noodles have a satisfyingly firm texture that allows you to enjoy the sense of oneness with the broth.

The soup is based on chicken extract, which is filled with the umami of chicken bones and chicken meat, and flavored with garlic, ginger, onion, and other aromatic vegetables to create a refreshing yet rich taste.

An optional "special spice" gives the soup a rich flavor and sharpness.
