THE CINNAMON
Cinnamon is an exotic spice/ condiment mainly as an aromatic condiment and flavoring additive in a wide variety of cuisines, sweet and savory dishes, breakfast cereals, snack foods, tea and traditional foods.
You can drink it warm, or cool it to make homemade iced tea. The easiest way to make this beverage is to simply add 2-3 leaves to 1 cup (235 ml) of boiled water, allow to steep for a few minutes, then sweeten, if you prefer, with your choice of sweetener and drink.
You can also make cinnamon tea by steeping a cinnamon stick in boiling water for 10–15 minutes.
For seasonings/ spice, just rub in a few leaves

Cinnamon leaf oil has antiseptic, analgesic, antispasmodic, antibiotic, astringent, carminative, aphrodisiac, cardiac and other benefits.
