Shipping
We ship nearly all orders within 24-48 hrs or within the number of handling days that is specified in the listing. Tracking numbers are added to eBay as soon as we ship. Most orders ship via USPS, FedEx and UPS. Orders are shipped from Temecula, CA OR from our vendors nearest warehouse to you. Shipping cost is specified under the "Shipping" section of the listing. Payment
We accept all forms of payment that are permitted by eBay. If an item has not been paid for within 48 hours of purchase, an unpaid item case will automatically open.
Returns
We offer 14 day returns from the date an order was placed on certain items. Return eligability is specified in each listing under "Return Policy". Please read below for more return details.
We like to keep things simple. For a fast turnaround and 100% refund on items returned, make sure your return adheres to the following guidelines:
- All returned products must be in new condition with zero wear, the original packaging, and all tags/stickers/films still attached- Also As described below under "Packaging".
- We cannot accept returns on items that show any signs of use, damage, or wear. This includes but is not limited to scratches, scuffs, stretching, dents, dirt, pet hair, or any signs the product has been mounted/used.
- If you're thinking of returning an item, please do not wear it out for a ride or remove the item from factory packaging or use it before you initiate a return. We will not be able to accept it! Test boot fitment by wearing them around your house on carpet, but do not scuff and dirty them by going outside or on a test ride.
- All returned items are inspected; used, damaged or items REMOVED FROM FACTORY SEALED PACKAGING items will not be accepted and you will be responsible for the shipping back to you regardless if the original shipping was free.
