●About the Product

The soup is made with Nagano-produced Shinshu miso, and the ingredients such as pickled nozawana and bunashimeji mushrooms are also made with Nagano's "Yawataya Isogoro Shichimi" chili pepper. In addition to using Nagano-produced Shinshu miso for the soup, we also use "Hachimanya Isogoro seven spice chili pepper" for the pickled nozawana and buna shimeji mushrooms as ingredients, and for the chili pepper as an optional garnish.

The thick noodles boast a smooth, chewy, fresh texture, and the thick, rich miso broth intertwines perfectly with the noodles.

The rich aroma of the soup makes for an appetizing dish.
