Here is a hand stitched yo-yo quilt with 4-inch circles. I don't know when it was made, but the fabrics look like they're from the 1980s. It measures approximately 51 by 51 inches, so could be used as an accent on top of a bed, as a throw, or perhaps as a tablecloth. A yo-yo quilt is not really a quilt in the traditional sense, because it has no batting or backing. It is meant to go over the top of a blanket or bedspread, which shows through the gaps between the circles.

This is in excellent condition.
