Offered here is a single, perfect vintage MAKKUM 4-1/4" diameter, decorative dish featuring a multi-colored, polychrome hand painted bird with a red head, blue wings, yellow breast, and green tail feathers! The border pattern is just so lovely and complimentary to the bird. Pottery Royal Dutch Tichelaar of the Netherlands(Holland) has been in operation since 1572. Simply gorgeous & in excellent condition! No chips/cracks or repairs & minimal use. Piece is marked under the base with the 751 MAKKUM painted company markings. A copper wire loop is also included for wall hanging or can be easily removed if you choose. Fantastic, unique piece to add to any collection or table setting!
