This is a very high quality 2k Direct to Metal gloss that can be supplied in various RAL, British Standard along with other common colours.
2K Polyurethane Gloss, not goes yellow. Good resistance physicochemical and direct adhesion on very exigent surfaces: Steel, Stainless Steel,
Aluminium, Brass, Galvanized, Glass, Plastics ABS, PUR, PC, MA, GRP, PVC, Ceramics.
SURFACE PREPARATION:
The surfaces must be free of rust, grease or dirt.
Galvanized: If old, brush and degrease.
On Plastics clean with 2k universal Thinner. In case of PVC, degrease with 2k universal thinner
On Powder Coatings and Coal Coatings, a previous sanding is suggested. After it, degrease with U2k universal thinner.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
MIX 2:1 WITH OUR DEDICATED DTM ACTIVATOR ONLY AND CAN BE THINNED 10-20%
It is recommended to leave the diluted mixture settle for about 15 minutes before starting the application.
Apply 2 coats (3 max) leaving approx 10 minutes flash off time between coats
