Warm Technical Tips:

1. Please do use genuine brand RAM, this motherboard can't work with fake RAM ,DON’T USE FAKE RAM.

2. Please check your CPU and RAM firstly,if they are without any problems, then install on the motherboard.

3.If the motherboard can't work correctly, please first check your CPU whether can be compatible with our motherboard or not.

4. Almost 90% of "can't boot" problem was caused by RAM, please don't use "single side" RAM.

Note:Our motherboards are not Brand New, without original packaging box,but in great condition. Before place an order please double check the item's informations,

the CMOS battery is not included because of custom’s policy.

Return Policy:

Please read this before your purchase,in case the motherboard exist problem, and you want to refund or replace:

Refund: Refund can be accepted in 7 days after you signed the package. Please send back the item in original package with all the accessories in it. When you shipped back, please inform us the tracking number.
Replace: Replace can be accepted in 15 days after you signed the package. Please send back the item in original package, no need return any accessories. and give us the tracking number. We'll resend another one to you once we got the returned package.
Both shipping cost: The cost of item shipping back is buyer's responsibility, the resend shipping cost is seller's.

Wrong order: We think you have thought over before bought the item. But in case you got a wrong motherboard, please first check out your order form, whether we sent a wrong one or your ordered a wrong one. Please note if you order wrong, we won’t accept the refund or replace.

Custom Tax:

1.Please note we're unable to take any responsibility for any custom delay or tax. The fees of import duty/tax are not included in the item price or shipping fee, these are the buyer's responsibility.

2.Please check with your local custom office to determine what these additional costs would be before payment. And these fees are normally collected by the delivery company when you pick up the items.

3.We can not mark item as "gift", because the custom office and international government regulations prohibit such behavior.
