General Electric GE Exposure Meter Model 8DW58Y4 Light Values Leather Case VTG
For your consideration:
This General Electric exposure meter (for film or plates) was made from 1945 to 1950 and uses a selenium on silicon solar cell. It's 3 dials show f-stop, shutter speed, and exposure index. The meter reads out 0 to 70 foot-candles and the cover opens to let in 10x more light. The hood also comes off to let more light onto the photocell. The meter does react to light, no other testing performed. The meter shows use and wear, the leather case is in good condition. This GE Exposure Meter and Case are used, sold as shown, as is, and as a collectible.
