豆腐乳里面的豆腐易碎，您收到的时候可能一块整的都没有了，全成了豆腐汤，而我们对此无能为力，请慎拍！原因是为了入味，海天系列腐乳都是用嫩豆腐做的，快递路上颠簸流离，就碎的不成样子了，可能连一块整的都没有，而且由于快递的原因，产品不断摇晃会导致产品收到的时候已经漏了，这个漏了是来自盖子和瓶子之间，我们能把玻璃瓶打包好保证不碎，而且把盖子拧紧，但里面的东西我们没办法固定，也无法保证运输途中包裹不会摇晃而导致漏出，所以我们不接受此产品的退换货，实在抱歉！谢谢您的理解和支持！
