●About the Product

The SANTOUKA Main Store in Hokkaido, which is popular both in Japan and overseas.

You can eat "collaboration taste" which is a combination of "soy sauce", "miso" and "salt", which was provided as a meal at the SANTOUKA Main Store.

It is a special product that cannot be tasted at stores.

●How to Make

① When 500 ml of water (two and a half cups) has boiled, add the noodles and boil for four and a half minutes. (Please loosen the noodles lightly after 3 and a half minutes.)

② When the noodles are boiled, turn off the heat, add the soup and stir well. * The amount of hot water and the boiling time of noodles are guidelines, so please adjust according to your preference.

③ Transfer to a bowl and enjoy. If you add roast pork, menma, seasonal vegetables, etc., you can enjoy it even more deliciously.
