On the 200th Anniversary of the White House the Bureau of Engraving and Printing and the Postmaster assembled this Premium Historical Portfolio in 2000. It includes a sheet of White House stamps issued on October 18, 2000 and a $ 20.00 Bill with a special serial number sequence. This example has a great serial number as can be seen in the photos. The currency and stamps are enclosed in mylar and perfectly preserved and the portfolio comes with its original certificate of authenticity.
