INSURANCE:

*After the item is shipped out, you are responsible fit. If you would like to add shipping insurance please state that before, and there will be an additional $2.95 charge. I will not refund a part that is lost or damaged during shipment if you do not want the insurance.

SHIPPING:

*You will have two options for shipping. If you would like your item quicker pick priority. Parcel post is 2-10 business days.

RETURNS:

All item returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number you must call message one of our customer service representatives. Our office hours are Mon-Fri 8AM-6PM CST

Items returned with out an RMA number will not qualify for a refund.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. After 14 days all sales are considered final.

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking/relisting fee, unless it is our mistake.
