100g ball of Wool & Acrylic Marl yarn in Purple & Blue shades with occasional neps in grey. A double knitting thickness yarn from Laxton Crawford. Shade: 98748, Batch: 87919, 4/15nm Approximately 375m per 100g ball.
A blue yarn with a thin purple binder yarn creating a wavy texture. A beautiful yarn perfect for a wide range of garments, accessories, clothes, items, toys, hats, cushion covers, throws etc. Machine washable up to 30°C on a very gentle program. Great used on its own or as a trim or feature yarn. Not a soft yarn but gorgeous all the same. This yarn coils slightly as it is pulled from the ball. I have used it for knitting; every few rows, I let the knitted piece hang freely for a few moments so that the wool can untwist.
