Orders placed before 1pm on a working day will be dispatched the same day; orders placed after the cut-off or on a weekend/non-working day will be dispatched on the next working day.

UK non-mainland and exceptions include (but not limited to): Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Isles, Channel Islands and other UK Crown Dependencies (Isle of Man & White) - shipped with Tracked 48 hour - Allow 2-3 business days for delivery.

• Customer can raise a request for a full refund or replacement.

• Customer can opt to receive a refund or a replacement but will be subject to Durosense UK warranty terms as per below conditions.

• Durosense UK provides a 36-month/3-year warranty on all Durosense TPMS listings, from the date of transaction. To validate your warranty claim, we will require the following information:
• Fault description
• Batch Code/Manufacture Code (this will be laser etched on the part)
• Diagnostic report to show the part you have replaced is faulty (picture of the TPMS diagnostic tool reading).
• We may ask for the faulty item to be returned at the buyer’s cost.

On all purchases you can raise a return request within 30 days from the date of Transaction.

Should the return exceed 30 days from the date of transaction we have the right to reject or refuse the return for any reason; this is within the Consumer Acts Law 2015.

However, should the product fault occur within 90 days, we may provide a label in certain circumstances, on a case-by-case basis, and may authorise a refund (within 90 days of the transaction date).
Any returns after eBay's closure of the return request will be rejected, and you will be required to make a collection if you would like the product returned.
All returns that are not raised through eBay will be rejected in line with eBay's policy and agreements.
All other returns outside of the 30 days of transaction date relate to our warranty procedure as mentioned...
