It's a fresh light-green color, with hand-painted flowers and butterflies on the left front shoulder and in the center back, in lovely shades of purple, pink, and green.
Wear it with green or any pastel color, or with white, ivory, or black. Perfect for the beach or backyard or city.
It has no labels, other than the designer's. It looks like linen; it looks large; here are all the measurements:
- 42" bust (21" measured flat, armpit to armpit)
- 38" waist (19" measured flat, at the seam under the bustline)
- 52" hem (26" measured flat)
- 22.5" sleeve length
- 22" sleeve opening at the shoulder (11" measured flat from shoulder seam to armpit)
- 11" sleeve opening at the cuff (5.5" measured flat)
- 2.25" collar width (including the lace trim)
- 5" pocket opening (there are 2 pockets, one on each side, at the hip)
- 16" shoulder to shoulder
- 28" shoulder to hem (15" from shoulder to the back horizontal seam, then 13" from the seam to the hem)
- 18" long ties (in the back)
- 8" between the seams in the back, where the ties are.
FYI: my mannequin is a size 8, and this fits her loosely.
Here are the dimensions of the buttons and painted bits:
- 3/4" diameter of the buttons: there are 8 pearlescent buttons
- 2" between the buttons (end to end, not from the center of each button to the next center)
- the butterfly on the back is 3" x 2.25"
- the butterfly on the front is 1.5" x 1"
- the flowers on the front are 5.75" long x 3" wide
