From Grandeur Noel it is called Woodland Bear.

He is dressed like Santa, but with a Woodland theme.

He is a bear, so his hands and feet and head are fur, but his face is wood.

Patchwork felts and fur make up his outfit.

Carrying a huge stocking full of toys and a fully jointed Teddy Bear in the other arm.

He is a huge  31" tall and averages about 20" wide.

Stands on a wood carved base. 

He has never been out of the box, except for these pictures. 

So he is new in the original box.
