International Buyers –
Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping
cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your
country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior
to bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company
or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping
charges. We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs
forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.

Taxes
We
are a retail store located in Southern Illinois and we are required by
law to collect sales tax on any items sold to residents of the state of
Illinois. Current sales tax rate is 7.85%.
Shipping
We offer multiple shipping options and include insurance on shipments
totaling $50 or more. If you wish to add insurance to ANY shipment, please let us know before you pay for the auction and we will send a new invoice. Please note that the difference in shipping cost for different
levels is usually very slight. For a few pennies more, your items could arrive many days earlier! When buying multiple
items, we are always happy to combine shipping.
Packing
Single cards are packed in a soft sleeve and top loader hard card and
will be shipped in a bubble wrapped envelope. Multiple card items (over 8) will be shipped in a corrugated box or flat rate postal box, whichever is more economical. Single comics (up to 2) are bagged and boarded, then secured in a corrugated box. Single comics with a value of $14.99 or more
will always be bagged and boarded regardless of the quantity. Single comics over 2 (and valued less than $14.99 each) will be bundled securely, without bags and boards for each, to reduce shipping weight.
Returns & Refunds
We will attempt to replace damaged items whenever possible. If a replacement isn’t available, we will refund your total.
If for some other reason you feel the need to return an item, let
us know within seven days and we will work with you.
In many cases we will be able to refund your total
less shipping costs. Our goal is to help you get what you’re looking for!

you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us before
leaving anything less than 5 stars feedback.
Although it may not seem so, leaving less than 5 stars is seen as a negative mark on a seller's record
