What's the difference between Twinkle and Steady light bulbs?
Twinkle
bulbs have a special filament inside that as it heats up turns the bulb
on and off randomly giving the appearance of a bulb that twinkles,
flashes or blinks.
Steady bulbs stay lit continuously while they are on or plugged in.
