Sally paints small landscapes with gouache every single day and you can see them posted on her instagram account 

These paintings require her to use quick brushstrokes to capture the feeling of the moment.  She particularly likes to paint the view of the Roanoke River from the Greenway.

Of course she takes inspiration from Monet - who doesn’t?
