The easiest way to pay for your purchase from ColorLabelPrinters eBay store is via PayPal though we do also accept credit cards.
PayPal Advantages
Many eBay customers prefer to use PayPal to pay for purchases because all financial information remains private. Your credit card is never given to us.
Note: We do not ship until payment has been submitted and received.
Our shipping policy is straightforward and simple.
We ship all ColorLabelPrinters eBay store orders within one business day from the time the order is processed and the payment received. Many orders ship the same day.
During the checkout process, you will be able to choose from several different shipping options. Most orders shipping to locations in Canada will be shipped via Canada Post while those shipping to USA addresses will be shipped via UPS.
If for any reason we cannot ship at that point, we will notify you by email. You may cancel your order without penalty if the delay is unacceptable.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It depends on the shipping option you have selected. We process most orders within one business day of receiving payment, oftentimes on the same day. However, as you likely know, ground delivery typically much longer than
overnight shipping. If you need your order ASAP, choose the fastest overnight shipping option.
Are the different label types interchangeable?
Not necessarily. Each label we offer is designed for use with a specific color label printer. For example, if you have a Primera LX400 label printer, it's best to shop for Primera LX400 labels as they are specifically designed
for use with your label printer. While other labels may have similar shapes and sizes, other properties may not be optimal for your specific printer. If you choose the wrong label type, the ink may not absorb properly, it
could be prone to smudging, or it could appear duller or more vibrant than expected.
Label compatibility becomes even more crucial if you are printing GHS chemical labels and need a BS5609-certified labels. BS5609-certified labels are certified for use with specific GHS label printers. For example, if you use an Epson GP-C831 color label printer, you will need BS5609-certified labels for the Epson GP-C831 color label printer. BS5609-certified labels for a Primera label printer will NOT be certified for your Epson label printer and vice versa.
How can I find the right blank labels for my particular color label printer?
We make it easy by categorizing our blank label inventory by color printer type. For example, if you have a Primera LX900 label printer, look under the Primera Labels category and find the listing for Primera LX900 labels.
Why are there such big price differences between color label printers?
You can buy a fantastic entry-level color label printer for just over $1,000 or you can spend nearly $20,000 on a digital label press from the same manufacturer. That is a large price range.
However, each printer has its own purpose and application. Smaller desktop units may be perfectly capable for small print runs, but simply can't keep up with the demands of high volume applications. On the upper end of the scale, digital label presses are designed to quickly produce, and in some cases cut, laminate, and finish, thousands of labels at a time at a much lower cost per label.
If you're not sure which type of color label printer is right for your needs, contact us for assistance. We're happy to help you match your requirements with the best color label printing solution for your needs.
How much spare ink should I keep on hand?
Keeping extra ink and toner cartridges on hand is smart as running out of ink will cause label production to come to a complete halt until you replenish it. We recommend having at least one complete set of replacement ink
on hand, more if you can afford it. That way, running out of ink will not cause a crisis or require you to pay for overnight shipping because you're in a bind. You'll also want to ensure that you reorder ink as soon as you
install your spare cartridges.
I have an unusual label design and can't find labels that will work with its size and shape. Can you help?
Yes, we offer a custom label service. Simply send us your label design file, color label printer model information, and any other requirements you may have. From there, we can custom make labels to your exact specifications.
