We offer a 12 months warranty on all products used for private household use from the date of purchase (unless stated otherwise) and a 3 month warranty period for commercial purposes. Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes or for damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with. Consumable components (and accessories) such as controllers,carry bags, hoses, power tools accessories, belts, cables, wheels, blades etc. are not covered by warranty. For warranty issues products have to be sent back to us, in original packaging and with all manuals and accessories, with copy of eBay invoice and description of fault.
