220V AC 50/60Hz digital temperature controller with 14 terminals on the back.  Fits in 2.625 x 2.625 opening.  Face is about 2.75 x 2.75.  Displays set point as well as actual reading.  Requires a thermocouple, not included.  Programable.  No instructions included but you can probably find them on the web.
