What is L-Theanine?
L-theanine is an amino acid primarily found in green and black tea. In fact, as early as the 9th Century, Chinese Monk monks started consuming matcha (which contains high amounts of both L-Theanine and Caffeine) in preparation for long hours of meditation, which required them to be calm and focused.
What is Caffeine?
Caffeine is naturally found in tea, coffee, guarana and cacao plants. Coffee was reportedly discovered by an Ethiopian shepherd who noticed the extra energy the coffee bushes gave his goats after they grazed on them. In the modern day, billions of people consume caffeine when they wake up in the mornings or to get through an afternoon slump.

We send our products using a Royal Mail 1st Class service. We dispatch orders on weekdays up to 5 pm. Royal mail quote delivery times 1-2 days. Delays can happen, if delivery takes more than five working days for a UK order - please contact us immediately. To Europe, orders can take 10-14 Days. We apologise for this lengthy period of time but unfortunately, express courier services are uneconomical to use with low-priced products. Combined Shipping: The automatic discount for shipping only works if you order more than one of the same product.
