Blend Motor Potentiometer

Will Fit Any of The 2 The Blend Motors

Also The 1 Distribution Motor

It Should Read 0-10K From Your Potentiometer On Rotation

It Should Be A Smooth Transition From 0 - 10 k

If Not, or it is a Higher or Lower Readings or the needle jumps around, Then Its Needs Replacing

IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER WHEN FITTING

Please wear an anti static band when soldering this to the main board

Please see the picture above

As the movement in this potentiometer is slightly different than the original one

please make sure the arrow on the white gear lines up with the 5th cog to the right of the black line as pictured above

This will give even movement to each side as the original

Please make sure this is correct before assembling

or the blend motor will not work correctly

These are two ways to connect the black gear to the potentiometer

please make sure the 5th cog as pictured above on the black gear

will start off facing the back of the motor

then rotate anti clockwise

and end up facing just before the mounting hole near the potentiometer as pictures above
