The Western Digital WDBUSK0080JSL 8TB My Thunderbolt Duo is a dual-drive storage system with two Thunderbolt ports capable of up to 10 Gb/s data transfer rates. The system supports user-selectable RAID 0 and RAID 1 modes, as well as JBOD modes. Plus, since Thunderbolt ports are bidirectional, they afford high-speed multitasking. You can also daisy chain multiple devices or peripherals using the two Thunderbolt ports for better efficiency and productivity. For added convenience, the drives are user-serviceable and the system comes with the WD Drives Utilities software. A Thunderbolt cable is included so you can immediately start operating this storage system.

- FedEx shipments are provided with a tracking number and may require a signature if shipment is over $250.00.
- We do not require a signature on shipments under $250.00 so items will be left at door by FedEx.
- USPS shipments are provided a delivery confirmation number, these are not tracking numbers.
- Once item is marked delivered by USPS we do not refund or reship items.

- The method for our 'Free Shipping' option is determined by us on the day of shipment. We use either USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL depending on who is currently providing us with the best rates and service.

Order Processing Times
- We ship items Monday through Friday, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
- Standard Order Processing time: 1-3 Business Days from date of cleared payment your item should leave our warehouse.
- Estimated Order Transit time: 2-10 Business Days from shipment date.
- Total Estimated Delivery time: You should receive your item in a minimum of 4 days and a maximum of 15 days.
Grassroots-Computers will honor a return for exchange of defective merchandise within 14 days of purchase. We do not provide technical support for products, you will need to contact manufacturers directly to confirm the status of your item. If it is defective they will provide you with an RMA number directly or you can submit a return request with Grassroots Computers directly as well after diagnosis. If you would simply like to return the item because you purchased the wrong item there will be a 15% restocking fee. You are required to pay for return shipping.
