This product is cut on a CNC Router, there are no burnt edges. Some items may need preparation by the crafter.

All the timber we use carries the FSC trademark.

DELIVERY

All items are shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class within 24 hours. (Mon-Fri). For larger orders, a trackable service will be used.

Personalised items can take up to 5 working days before dispatch and longer during busy periods.

RETURNS

All returns need to be processed through the ebay returns request form that buyers will find in their ebay purchase history. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the items are packed safely and to pay return postage. PLEASE NOTE: No refunds will be issued for personalised items damaged in transit, instead a replacement will be sent. If your item has been damaged in transit we will require photographic evidence of damage to claim back from Royal Mail before a replacement can be sent.
