part at the tip/ the very end of the baffle is 99.2mm.

ACTUAL EBAY FEEDBACK:
However, the majority of that edge is 98mm, meaning you can use a bench grinder or heavy grit sander on your angle grinder to bring it level 98mm all the way along the edge pretty easily.
Double check the conversion measurements:
I came up with 98mm = 3.8582677165 inches

Excellent quality item, very solid and well made. New condition and looks very nicely finished.
As mentioned in the eBay ad, I did have to slightly modify the diameter of the baffle to fit.
This was a very small adjustment, couple of minutes with a grinder and all good. Fitted perfectly (afterwards). All-in-all, very happy with the item.
Showed up super quick, bought a second for another exhaust a PO pulled the baffle out of, cant beat it!
