Should you have any problems receiving your items please contact us and we will immediately notify our courier but we ask all customers to remain patient with us while we rectify the problem. 

We will replace damaged and faulty items immediately.

For items purchased by mistake, we will replace or refund upon return of the goods in the condition as it was sent - please note that we will not be able to compensate for the delivery collection costs in this situation.
