ID of the main middle exhaust hole: It is not perfectly round, it is sort of oval shaped,

and the ID is 33mm x 36.5mm or 1.29 x 1.43 inches.

OD of baffle core is 38.3mm x 37.4mm because it is oval shaped.

Length of bottom of baffle to screw hole is right between 10 3/8" and 10 1/2"

or 27 centimeters, which is 10.62 inches.

There is a slght variance at the big end, because the metal appears to be rolled ,

so the widest part at the tip/ the very end of the baffle is 99.2mm.

however the majority of that edge is 98mm, meaning you can use a bench grinder or heavy grit sander on your angle grinder to bring it level 98mm all the way along the edge pretty easily.

Double check the conversion measurements: I came up with 98mm
