When you place an order, you can expect it to be dispatched within 24 hours. We use a few different couriers to make sure you get the best service possible.
Orders weighing under 2kg will be dispatched with Royal Mail 48. Orders weighing between 3-30kg will be dispatched with Parcelforce or DX, on a 24-hour service. Orders weighing more than 30kg will be sent on a pallet, using a 48-hour service with Palletways.

Unfortunately, there are unavoidable courier surcharges for any delivery address within the Highlands & Islands. A £12 surcharge will apply to the following postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17- 26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE AB31, AB33-38, AB45, AB52-56, FK17-21 A £30 surcharge will apply to the following postcodes: BT, IM, TR21-25

Pallets:
We pack our pallets very carefully & can get an awful lot onto one. Please be very careful when opening them as items can move and fall as packaging is taken away.
Please note free pallet delivery is to your front door only or to the nearest safe location that we can unload the order from our vans. Someone will need to be home to take delivery of the order. Pallets can only be manoeuvred on a flat, level surface! Freight drivers are only contracted to bring pallets as close as they safely can to your front door. They are often very helpful and will do their best for you however they are not contracted to unload or move the pallet within your garden.

Returns
We have a quibble free returns policy.
If you’re not happy with what you ordered, you are welcome to return it within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. If there are any problems with your order, including damages, imperfections, wrong item sent etc, let us know as soon as you can, and we will sort it out for you ASAP. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or organise a replacement to be sent out, free of charge. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns for orders that you no longer want or have changed your mind about. You will be responsible for paying any return costs of these orders.
When returning an item, especially stone, please make sure you package it up very carefully. We suggest using the original packaging and box the item was shipped in as it must arrive back to us in good condition in order for you to be refunded.
