Dear customers:  July 20th, 2012 marked the first time I was not top rated since the program began.  I have averaged a perfect 5 stars in all categories since it began based on ratings from you.  You had nothing to do with this change in my rating, it is because ebay has decided a seller must put tracking numbers on 90% of items shipped.  Over 50% of the items I sell goes in a 3x5 envelope with 47 cents postage.  To do the tracking number means everything I sell would have to go at the package postage rate(required by ebay) which is costs at $2.00 in postage.  Either I absorb this extra cost or I pass it on to you-for a service I have almost never been asked for-because I ship quickly.  Passing it on would mean adding about $1.50 to the price on most items I sell resulting in higher prices for you.  In addition ebay makes more in fees because final values would increase.  I have chosen-at least for now-to do neither.  I hope you will continue and/or consider purchasing my items despite not being "top rated".  I thank you for your past and future business.
