Antique Chinese ceramic figurine of Shou Lao, god of longevity, fertility and wisdom. Comes from a collector's estate (same as others in our lot 24). Very appreciated for its detailed carving on the figure, and old wise man holding a stick and something else in hands. Compare to other similar and understand this isn't a modern amateur repro, but is an excellent antique from many years ago. Exact age or dynasty era is unknown by seller.
Measures 5-5/8" high x 2-1/4" wide x 2" deep, and weighs 7.7 oz.
Condition: has overall patina, minor chips on bottom-back edge, and small glaze chips on bottom edges -- but no obvious damage to figure's main areas front or back.
