This is an original hand drawn on linen 1947 Miami, Florida G.M. Hopkins, Plat Atlas Map. Plat 30 includes Tamiami Trail Coral Gables, DeSoto Plaza, Long Company Dude Racing Association Princess Park and other notable buildings and structures. 

Condition: EX 24X36 - On Linen 

Plat 30 covers from: SW 12th Street to NW 7th Street and from Tamiami Canal to NW 5th Avenue.

Each color represents a different type of building: Pink is Brick,Yellow is Wood, Blue is Stone. Garages, Stables and Railroads are indicated by symbol in Explanations. See Explanations for what the symbols mean.
