Ordering process

Please select your choice of colour and the number of sheets you required. Discounts available if you order more than one order.   

Although every effort is made to photograph our items accurately and describe the products in detail, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual colour of the paper. Due to different computer monitors/ calibrations, colours may vary slightly from the pictures. If you require the tissue paper for a large project it is advisable you purchase a sample first.

Delivery 

We aim to dispatch your order same working day if you order by 12pm. We use royal mail and other reputable delivery companies, if you have not received your item, please message us and we will investigate this for you.    

We also post internationally through eBay global shipping programme.

Returns 

We are sure you will love your items however if you are not completely satisfied you can return any item within 30 days, in its original condition & packaging, the buyer is responsible for return costs.

With any return please include details of your order including the order number to ensure your refund is swiftly processed.

If the items are signed for delivery, then you must inspect the goods at the time of arrival as you will need to sign for the item accepting them as in 'good condition'. If items do not appear to be in good condition when delivered then they need to be inspected & if necessary the delivery refused. You can then contact us & we will try to resolve this. 

In the unfortunate event that goods are received faulty or damaged then please contact us within 24 hours. 

Items that are ordered & then no longer required must be returned at the cost of the buyer.
