The I-Sense® Grande is one of the largest and most luxurious household hot tubs available in the UK. With seating for up to 10 people, 2 full-size loungers, 95 stainless steel hydrotherapy jets and a premium Balboa control system, it offers exceptional value for a supersize spa.
This hot tub is huge. Photos do not do it justice. If you are looking for a standard-size hot tub, this is not the model for you. If you want a true supersize luxury spa for family use, entertaining, holiday lets or wellness accommodation, the Grande is built for exactly that.
We are the exclusive distributor of this model and have supplied it to customers across the UK for over 5 years. We specialise in large spas and know this model inside out. It is also supplied with a warranty that includes labour, subject to the terms listed below.

A hot tub of this size and specification would typically be displayed in a showroom at around £17,000 or more. We are able to offer the I-Sense Grande at this price because we produce in batches, do not operate a high-cost walk-in showroom, and keep our overheads low.

The I-Sense Grande is supplied with the following warranty:
- 5-year warranty on the shell structure
- 2-year warranty on electrical equipment and control display
- 1-year warranty on the shell surface, including blistering, cracking and delamination
- 1-year warranty on the spa cabinet
- 1-year warranty on LED lights and other components
Labour is included where a warrantable defect requires an engineer to replace the necessary component.
Labour for small components that are considered replaceable by the customer is not included.
In the event of a warranty claim, an initial call-out charge will be taken before the visit. If the fault is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, the call-out charge will be refunded.
Travel is free within 100 miles of Bedfordshire. Additional travel charges may apply outside this area.

Servicing
We have our own in-house servicing engineers and offer several service packages depending on usage, season and how much maintenance you wish to carry out yourself.
An annual full service is recommended and includes:
- Inspection of electrical system
- Inspection of plumbing components
- Chemical system flush to clean internal pipework
- Draining of the spa
- Cleaning of the shell with surface cleaner
- Removal and cleaning of jets
- Inspection and replacement of seals where required
- Cleaning and treatment of filters
- Refill with fresh water in selected locations
- Full operational check of all features
A mini service is also available for customers who use their hot tub less frequently or do not require a full drain and refill.
Delivery, Installation and Commissioning
Delivery is £350 within 150 miles of LU1, provided there is direct access for our vehicle next to the final hot tub position. Most installs require a crane, so please read the next section.
Delivery includes:

- Demonstration of controls and features
- Removal of packaging
An electrical supply must be installed before delivery. This should include an armoured cable connected to a suitable isolator. Our engineer will connect the electrical cable to the hot tub on the day of installation.
Access Requirements
The I-Sense Grande is a very large hot tub and cannot be turned on its side.
Our dropside van is approximately 2.3m wide. If the van can access the placement area without additional equipment, no crane or hiab lift will usually be required.
Additional costs may apply where access is restricted by:
- Walls
- Narrow paths
- Buildings
- Steps
- Uneven ground
- Tight turns
- Fences
- The need to lift the hot tub over a property or obstruction
If the hot tub needs to be lifted over a wall or obstruction, we can arrange a crane-assisted lorry on the installation day. The additional cost will be confirmed during reservation, as prices vary depending on location and access.
Where a full-size crane is required to lift the hot tub over a property, we can recommend local crane companies, but the crane booking and cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
