Our business model allows us to pass on the savings we make to our customers. Unlike other hot tub stores, we don't wait for reservations (with 40% deposits) from customers before producing spas. We have a regular production schedule throughout the year and advertise the number of units available for delivery in a specific month. Labour is included in the event of a warrantable defect requiring an engineer to replace the neccessary component. Labour for replacement of small components considered replacable by the customer is not included. In the event of a warranty claim, an initial call-out charge will be taken before visit. If the fault is determined to be a manufacture defect, the call-out charge will be refunded. Travel cost is free of charge within 100 miles of Bedfordshire.

SERVICING

We have our own in-house team of servicing engineers and offer several packages to meet your differing needs, depending on your spas usage, time of year and how much you want to do yourself. A annual full service is recommended. This includes inspection of the electrical system, plumbing components. Run chemical system flush to clean internal pipework. Draining of the spa and cleaning of shell with surface cleaner. Removal and cleaning of all jets. Inspection and replacement of seals if required. Clean and treat filters. Refill hot tub (select locations only) with fresh water and check operation of all features.

A mini service is also available where you do not use the hot tub so often and a full drain and refill of the spa is not neccessary.

DELIVERY
£350. Applies to locations within 150 miles of LU1 post code, provided there is direct access for our vehicle near the hot tub placement position. Delivery costs depend on the access from the road to the final intended position of the hot tub. Additional costs will apply if there are obstructions such as walls, buildings, or if the hot tub needs to be lifted over a property. If our dropside van (2.3m wide) can access the area near the hot tub placement without additional equipment, there will be no extra cost for a hiab or crane lift. Please consider this when checking your access. Hot tubs of this size cannot be turned on their side. The delivery cost includes positioning, installation, and commissioning. A two-person team will position, install, and fill up the hot tub with water. They will demonstrate how to use the hot tub and perform a full check before leaving for your peace of mind. An electrical connection must be pre-fitted with an armored cable attached to an isolator before the day of installation. Our engineer will connect the electrical cable to the hot tub, and packaging will be taken away. If the hot tub needs to be lifted over a wall or obstruction, we will arrange for a crane-assisted lorry to arrive on the day of installation. The additional cost will be confirmed during reservation, as we work with several hiab partners with prices varying across the UK. In cases where a full-size crane is required to lift the hot tub over the roof of a property, we can recommend local crane companies, but you will be responsible for booking the crane lift.
