The balls are high quality Si3N4 (silicon nitride) and nylon races, filled with Shell Alvania RLQ2 grease.
Rubber seals are pliable with just the right amount of preload to keep dirt out and rolling resistance low.

Bearing seals may be black or blue depending on stock. The performance is identical.
Tip on how to determine which bearings you need: The bearing number is listed on your seals, in most cases. Pull the front axle adjuster nut to verify and check the bearing number. Rear axles vary less consisting of one 6802 and one 608 bearing.
